MAISURE is a 40-year-old furniture and interior manufacturer based in Zhongshan, China. We are the sole authorised producer and sales agent for German brand BULLFROG in mainland China. MAISURE is the sole authorised producer and sales agent for German brand BULLFROG in mainland China. Herman Miller (est. 1905), Steelcase (est. 1912, the world's largest office furniture maker), Haworth and Lamex (HNI Group) have each held close working partnerships with us for nearly two decades — brands whose factory-approval systems are among the strictest in the industry. We have also supplied furniture to office locations and stores of McDonald's, Starbucks and HSBC across China and globally. We own our land and our buildings. The company is Guangdong Meichun Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd., registered in Zhongshan, Cuiheng New District — at the Zhongshan end of the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link, beside the highway bridge. 120 mu of land held outright, 80,000 ㎡ of built factory area, two staff dormitory blocks on site, around 500 employees. Twenty years of OEM for brands that audit every factory is the strongest evidence available — Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth and Lamex do not keep suppliers who cannot deliver to tolerance. Annual capacity exceeds RMB 200M, tracked live through an MES system, with critical dimensions held to millimetre tolerance. We have won 28 public tender projects — including the Wengyuan County tourism-support facilities project, the new campus of Zhongshan Torch No.6 Primary School and the AVIC Conference Center — all checkable on Chinese government procurement registers. You are never alone with the risk. This is exactly why Level 2 exists: our Level 2 partners carry local installation, project management and after-sales in their own market, so the person standing on site is someone you can pick up the phone and reach. Our factory warranty and spare-parts supply stay behind the work regardless. Level 1 requires nothing from you. No capital, no inventory, no obligation to carry out installation — you introduce the project and we agree a commission per project, in writing, before any quotation is issued. There is no minimum volume and no exclusivity requirement. Levels 2 and 3 involve progressively heavier commitment, so you take only what your business can carry. They are not mutually exclusive — a firm can introduce projects and also carry out installation, or start as a referrer and open a showroom later. Commissions and margins are agreed per project rather than fixed publicly, because they depend on scope, specification and destination.
